• Best viewed in newer versions of Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, at maximum size, and with sound capability for the song on the homepage

• The song player is located in the upper-right corner and can be paused or shut off

• Once you purchase the book, you can right-click on any chapter, save it to your Favorites, and make it available offline, which allows you to view it without internet connection. We are also working on an alternative way to purchase the book that will allow an instant download of the entire book, which means it will be stored to your computer and you won't need to log-in

• Footnotes in the book are marked by index numbers. If you click on the index number, it will take you directly to the end of the chapter where you can read the footnote. Then you can click on the index number again to go directly back to your place in the book. You can also click GLOSSARY and scroll through to find each footnote, which are listed under their respective chapter. We are also working on a pop up box that will allow you to see the footnote simply by scrolling over the number

• To increase or decrease the size of the text, click “View” then “Text Size.” For Internet Explorer this may cause the text to misalign. For Mozilla Firefox, all sizes should work fine because Mozilla Firefox is a better-built web browser

• For anyone who can’t see the text in our customized fonts and colors, we suggest that you buy a computer not made in the 80s
